Natural Treatments (Alternative Medication)

These pages are meant to give you some help on treatment your birds with alternative medication. In my opinion harsh meds such as antibiotics, insecticides, dewormers and others are given much too quickly, too often and without any sense as f.e. treating animals with antibiotics in cases of a virus infection. These meds are meant for emergency cases only and not for continuous treatment.

 

First rule should always be:

save the immune system of a creature i.e. help the creature to help itself!
